Package: £33,000 DOE

The Company

Portsmouth – Office Based

Monday – Friday, 9 – 5pm

Salary – £33,000 DOE

They are now on the look out for an exceptional Office Administrator to be an integral part of the operations team.


The Role

Do have the following?

  • IT literate
  • CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to multi task, planning ahead, stop the issue before it happens
  • Able to manage your own workload and work independently when needed
  • Able to adapt, learn, listen and communicate to clients and workers in a professional manner

The basics of the role look like?

  • Deal with telephone calls and emails and process them all accordingly
  • Acknowledge receipt of Sales Ledger purchase orders with customers and appropriate Sales teams
  • Raise jobs accordingly when customer purchase orders arrive
  • Follow up on RAMS request for jobs as and when required
  • Quotes uploads from suppliers
  • Check off and upload delivery notes to purchase orders
  • Raise Permits for site if required
  • Send completion reports to the site contact when complete
  • Undertake general office duties
  • Address customer disputes promptly
