Operations Manager

Package: £55-60K: Rota system that includes 1 in 4 weekends

The Company

Established hotel chain. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join and oversee the day to day operations of this soon to be refurbished hotel. This is a great opportunity to join the business and become a driving force of the business.

You will deliver service excellence whilst developing your team to give the very best guests experience.


The Role

Key to this role:

  • Oversee the entire Food & Beverage, House Keeping, Front of House and hotel restaurant.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of F&B professionals.
  • Manage budgets and maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Hotel Management, and Marketing team to manage special events, and promotions.
  • Compliance of food safety and all health & safety regulations.

For this role you will need to have:

  • 5yrs experience as a Director or senior within a Food & Beverage role within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire an experienced team.
  • Full P&L experience including budgets, forecasting, cost control and revenue growth.
  • Communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
